Fall changes: self-care and plant-care
The fall season brings on much change. The colors change to warmer tones, our moods become more peaceful and the weather brings a chill in the air. These changes can be very difficult for some people and complete bliss for others.
Taking a minute to process all the changes happening around us is important. With all that change our emotions can feel overwhelming. Allowing space and time to step back, process the important things in life, and not be glued to a screen. Get outside… raking leaves, pruning your trees and shrubs, transplanting indoor plants, going to a pumpkin patch or just taking a relaxing bath is super important.
We encourage you to unplug, disconnect and take a deep breath. Embrace the changes, get outside and take care of your soul.
